League Rules

Our Format

Games will run with 4 quarters of 12 minute running time
Time will be stopped under 1 min in fourth quarter if the game is within 10 points and under
30 second shot clock enforced
Each team has two 30 second timeouts in either half. Timeouts do not carry over from first half to second half
A player shall be ejected from the game after their 5th personal foul
In the event of a tie after regulation, teams will play a 2 minute overtime. If it is still tied, teams will play a sudden death style game: "Next basket wins."

Rules

This league will be played with FIBA rules. We use qualified game officials as provided by the Hamilton Board Officials, as well as provide paid scorekeepers at every game.
